How much would players be worth if they were permitted to receive compensation like NFL athletes? Using data from the Department of Education, and assuming college players made 47% of all revenue (similar to the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement), Business Insider calculated the fair market value of football players at top universities. Last month, private equity firm Roark Capital reportedly offered Buffalo Wild Wings an unsolicited, all-cash bid that would value the company at $2.3B. — The Hustle
