Facebook greenlights 2 new originals

Two more shows have been given the green light for Facebook Live. Returning the Favor features Mike Rowe traveling the country looking for people contributing positively to their community. A second docuseries covers the Ball family , whose sons Lonzo, Liangelo and LaMelo have taken the basketball world by storm. — Deadline

Netflix receives 91 Emmy nominations

Emmy Nominations have just been released, and it looks like everyone has some binge-watching to do. In terms of networks, HBO took the lead with 111 nominations, while Netflix received 91, and NBC got 60. “Westworld” got 22 noms. Including best drama, best actor for Anthony Hopkins, and best actress for Evan Rachel Wood. It’s tied in first place for number of nominations with “Saturday Night Live”. — Engadget
